HR Manager
to establish and strengthen our people practices, support business growth and build a positive, high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Business Partnering
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes aligned with the company's business objectives.
Partner with management on workforce planning, organizational development and people-related decisions.
Establish scalable HR practices to support future business expansion.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, selection, offer management and onboarding.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
Support manpower budgeting and succession planning.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee payroll, CPF contributions, leave administration, employee records and employment documentation.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations and statutory requirements.
Develop employee handbooks, employment contracts and HR standard operating procedures.
Performance Management & Employee Relations
Establish performance appraisal frameworks, KPIs and employee development initiatives.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns.
Review compensation, benefits and employee engagement initiatives to support retention.
Corporate Administration
Oversee general office administration, vendor coordination and employee welfare activities.
Support management with HR budgets, reporting and operational improvements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably with exposure to establishing HR processes.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, CPF and MOM requirements.
Experience in recruitment, payroll, HR policies, employee relations and performance management.
Independent, resourceful and comfortable working in a growing SME environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in logistics, shipping or trading industries is an advantage.
