About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Human Resource & Administration Executive to join our team at Kong Long Huat Chemicals Sdn Berhad.

What you'll be doing

Human Resources :

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and manpower planning.
• To manage payroll processing, HRIS data, and HR documentation.
• To handle foreign workers matters from new application, work permit renewal, FOMEMA arrangements, Insurance renewal and check out memo etc.
• To coordinate HR-related activities such as training, performance management and employee relations.
• To keep abreast of all labour-related regulations, liaise with government statutory bodies and ensure compliance with such policies to minimize any legal risks and regulatory compliance issues.
• To assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for ISO 9001 and other internal/external audits.
• To assist to maintain and implement HR related policies and procedures and provide guidance for good understanding and interpretation of these guidelines by all employees.
• Any other adhoc task assigned.

Office Administration :

• To work together and ensure the upkeep of good office condition including the office maintenance.
• To assist in general office administration matters including coordination of staff events, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Min 3 - 5 years' work experience as HR Generalist
• 5 days' work (Monday to Friday)
• Applicants must be willing to work at Sri Utara Business Park, Kuala Lumpur (Next to Lotuss Selayang)
• Public transport - MRT Bus via MRT Sri Delima Station

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
