Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR and Administration experience.
  3. Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  7. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to fulfil manpower requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment records and monitor hiring progress to ensure timely placement of candidates.
  1. Employee Relations & HR Operations
  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, probation reviews, confirmation, resignation, and exit processes.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files, HR databases, attendance, leave records, and employment documentation.
  • Address employees’ HR-related enquiries and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  1. Compensation & Benefits
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation, overtime calculations, claims processing, and attendance verification.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, medical coverage, and staff welfare programmes.
  • Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with applicable Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
  1. Training & Development
  • Coordinate employee training programmes, internal workshops, and external training arrangements.
  • Maintain training records and assist in identifying employee development needs.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management activities.
  1. HR Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare monthly HR reports, recruitment updates, headcount reports, and employee turnover statistics.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and HR administrative performance.
  • Develop and maintain HR forms, trackers, standard operating procedures, and personnel documentation.
  1. General Administration
  • Manage office supplies, company assets, administrative documentation, and general office operations.
  • Coordinate asset tagging, equipment allocation, and maintenance records.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
