About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Service Project Offer Management to lead our Service Project Sales and Offer Management team across Malaysia and Singapore. This role is responsible for driving service project growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and leading the development of competitive technical and commercial proposals that deliver value to customers and the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service Project Offer Management team across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Drive order intake, sales growth, and profitability in line with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Lead the preparation of service project proposals, including scope, costing, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Negotiate and secure service upgrade and project opportunities.
• Identify market opportunities and support business growth within existing and new customer accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in service sales, project sales, offer management, or business development within industrial processing industries.
• Strong track record of managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work effectively in a regional environment.
• Fluent in English and comfortable engaging with senior-level customers and partners.
