- Requirements Elicitation
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Business Process Analysis
- Analyze existing business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support automation initiatives.
- Documentation & User Stories
- Create process flows, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other business analysis deliverables.
- Solution Validation
- Support solution design activities and validate proposed solutions against business objectives and requirements.
- Agile Delivery Support
- Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams, manage backlogs, and participate in Scrum and Kanban ceremonies.
- Cloud & Integration Analysis
- Gather and document requirements for cloud-native applications, platform services, APIs, and system integrations.
- Microservices & API Collaboration
- Work with architects and engineering teams on microservice-based solutions, REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and technical documentation.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, facilitate alignment between business and technical teams, and manage requirement changes.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Define acceptance criteria, support test activities, coordinate UAT, validate delivered solutions, and assist with defect resolution.
- Continuous Improvement
- Promote best practices, support digital transformation initiatives, and leverage feedback and metrics to improve delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Cloud Platforms
- Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Platform Engineering & DevSecOps
- Experience within Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, or similar cloud-focused delivery environments.
- Agile Methodologies
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, and requirements engineering.
- Business Analysis Documentation
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and functional specifications.
- Cloud-Native Architecture
- Knowledge of cloud-native solutions, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and business impact assessment skills.
- Stakeholder Management
- Ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and international cross-functional teams.
- Jira & Confluence
- Proficiency using Jira and Confluence for requirements management, documentation, and Agile delivery.
- Business & Technical Alignment
- Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions while maintaining ownership and focus on business value delivery.
