At Photobook, we’re looking for a passionate Procurement & Supply Chain Executive who thrives on discovering trending products, negotiating with suppliers, and optimising supply chain operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement, accurate inventory management, and efficient logistics operations, especially when sourcing from local and international suppliers via Taobao and Alibaba.

What You’ll Do

• Source new products and materials aligned with business needs and market trends.
• Evaluate, select, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and terms.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and up-to-date procurement records.
• Plan and execute timely procurement to support production and business requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock management.
• Coordinate import and export shipments, including shipment documentation, delivery schedules, freight arrangements, and communication with logistics providers and customs agents.
• Track shipment status and resolve logistics issues to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely supplier payments and accurate documentation.
• Drive supply chain improvements by shortening lead times, improving forecast accuracy, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Prepare supply chain reports and maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, sourcing, and inventory management skills.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of import and export processes, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for sourcing new and trending products.
• Verbal and written Mandarin proficiency to liaise with overseas suppliers.
• Experienced applicants are welcome and will be considered for a senior role.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
