Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Guide clients and visitors to the meeting rooms.
Making drinks for internal and external customer.
Take down beverage orders for meetings and sessions.
Executes catering order set ups, arrange beverage for functions and events as instructed.
Executes conference room set ups.
Serve food and beverage for internal and external customer as requested.
Assist Hospitality Manager to liaise with outside vendors to carry out equipment maintenance, catering orders and pantry orders.
Handle internal poster, memo or any communication materials to pantry equipment as instructed.
Ensure equipment, amenities and conference room facilities with defects are raised to Supervisor, or Hospitality Manager.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
