Kerry Consulting Hiring! Full Time Regional Category Management (Luxury) in - Ricebowl

Our client is a leading Travel Retail Company looking to hire a Regional Category Manager (Luxury Goods), reporting to the Global Category Management Head. This role is responsible for developing and executing category strategies, assortment plans, brand partnerships and commercial initiatives for the Luxury Categories across the APAC travel retail markets. Leading the category growth initiatives, optimise commercial strategies, and foster strong supplier partnerships while ensuring alignment between global objectives and local market dynamics.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement regional commercial plans covering international luxury brands and relevant regional brands.
• Manage tender processes and negotiate commercial agreements with global and regional brand partners to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.
• Ensure effective coordination and timely delivery of key commercial activities, including product listings, contract negotiations, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
• Lead the development and execution of promotional, activation, and markdown strategies aligned with regional commercial objectives and local market needs.
• Support Open-to-Buy and demand planning processes through close coordination with countries and Global Demand Planning.
• Drive alignment of supplier priorities, activations and promotional investments with business objectives.
• Leverage consumer insights and market intelligence to shape future category strategies.

Requirements

You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Regional Category Management in Luxury Retail or Travel Retail. Ideally, you should have proven experience managing premium and luxury brand partnerships with strong negotiation and relationship management skills. You will possess a relevant Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Management.
