Manufacturing /Equipment Technician (East) | Up to $3.5K + Allowances + Incentives

MULTIPLE VACANCIES |EAST | 6-MONTH CONTRACT-TO-PERMANENT

Join an established manufacturing company undergoing expansion! We are looking for hands-on Manufacturing / Equipment Technicians with experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and production support.

Salary &Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,700 –$3,500/month (negotiable based on experience)
• Shift Allowance & Fixed Quarterly Allowance

• 6-month contract with potential conversion to permanent

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns and minimise production downtime.
• Support equipment installation, testing, qualification and validation activities.
• Work closely with Engineers and Production teams on equipment improvements.
• Support production line setup, process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate equipment maintenance and technical documentation.
• Assist with equipment-related investigations and corrective actions.

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC /Diploma / ITC / NTC in Engineering or relevant technical disciplines, with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or secondary education with at least 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting or repairs within manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronics, pneumatic or PLC systems.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, electronics or other manufacturing industries is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, equipment validation or Lean Manufacturing is an added advantage.
