Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor site progress and ensure construction activities are completed according to approved plans and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Identify project risks, technical issues, and construction challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor project costs, material usage, and manpower productivity to maintain budget and schedule objectives.
- Review and approve construction methods, material submissions, and work procedures.
- Ensure quality control through inspections, testing, and compliance with engineering standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site records, inspection reports, and technical correspondence.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, progress, and key issues.
- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of construction materials and equipment.
- Verify completed work for progress claims, subcontractor payments, and project handover.
- Support successful project completion by ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and client satisfaction.
