Possess at least Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field.

At least1 year of working experiencein an administrative role, preferably in a retail environment.

Candidates with retail experience will have an added advantage.

Experience in coordinating internal and external investigations is preferred.

Good negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle issues professionally.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Able to work for extended periods using a computer and monitoring CCTV footage.

Detail-oriented, observant, and able to remain focused during prolonged monitoring tasks

Monitor and ensure the daily operation of CCTV systems.

Compile and submit weekly CCTV checklist reports basis.

Review daily CCTV recordings against exceptional reports, including void transactions, return transactions, and canceled receipt transactions.

Monitor daily suspicious membership transactions.

Prepare evidence attachments for cases, including CCTV footage and summary reports of total loss value.

Inform vendor/technician of every CCTV issue until it is solved.

Conduct the investigation related to internal and external cases

Managed investigation of cases involving police reports.

Managed to cooperate with third parties such as PDRM and government agencies.

Support the implementation of security awareness programs among staff.

Maintain accurate records of security-related activities and incidents.

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor and managers
