A leading global player in shipping and logistics is expanding its commercial team and seeking highly qualified candidates for the Regional Corporate Planning Analyst position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with overseas business units and regional stakeholders to review financial and operational performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze P&L performance, budgets, forecasts, and operational KPIs to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and performance reviews to support business planning and decision-making.
• Review annual budgets and capital expenditure proposals, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Support corporate governance, shareholder matters, and regional business initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, operational improvements, and strategic projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, economics or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of experience in business performance management, corporate planning, business controlling, or related functions.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements, management reports, budgets, and business performance metrics.
• Comfortable working with regional stakeholders and overseas business units.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
