We are looking for a passionate and driven Data Engineer – Databricks & Analytics to design and maintain ETL pipelines, develop optimized SQL queries, and deliver automated reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python, SQL, Databricks, and Power BI, along with experience in data transformation, data quality management, and cloud-based data environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with analysts and business stakeholders, optimize data processing and reporting solutions, and contribute to reliable, scalable, and efficient data analytics within a dynamic technology environment. Experience in the printing industry would be an added advantage.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines in Databricks to process and transform large datasets from multiple sources.
• Write optimized SQL queries to prepare datasets for analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and automate analytics reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Optimize data models for performance and scalability in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
• Document data flows, transformations, and reporting logic for transparency and maintainability.
• Print domain experience would be an added advantage.
