Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises, data centre, and cloud environments. The role focuses on network performance, security, availability, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, routing, and switching.
• Configure and support firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and security systems.
• Manage network services such as DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.
• Support wireless networks, load balancers, and data centre connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Support network upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, and AWS connectivity.
• Maintain network documentation and coordinate with service providers and vendors.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise network engineering and support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VRF, MPLS, and routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with network equipment and security solutions such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, network troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Familiarity with AWS networking services, including VPC, VPN, and Direct Connect.

Added Advantage

• CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, Fortinet, Check Point, AWS, or ITIL certifications.
• Experience supporting mission-critical network environments and data centres.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
