Job Summary
The Management Trainee programme develops high-potential individuals through structured training and mentoring to build business, coaching, and leadership skills, preparing them for Assistant Centre Manager roles.
Responsibilities
Support the Centre Manager in executing business plans to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
Track and analyse key performance indicators such as enrolment, retention, sales, and costs to identify improvement opportunities.
Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and managing daily centre operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to parent and participant enquiries, feedback, and escalations progressively.
Monitor sales performance and actively support sales and enrolment initiatives to meet targets.
Coach gymnastics classes for children aged 18 months to 12 years, delivering curriculum across various skill levels.
Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks on gym equipment and apparatus to ensure a safe environment.
Model company values and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
Support onboarding and provide day-to-day guidance to new and trainee coaches as the programme advances.
Learn and apply personnel administration processes including rostering, attendance, and leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Develop skills to handle workplace issues and facilitate effective team communication under Centre Manager guidance.
Uphold health, safety, and well-being standards for all staff and participants consistently.
