Merinern Hiring! Full Time Account Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage customer invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) records and prepare regular reports.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) activities as required.
• Prepare and manage invoices in compliance with applicable SST requirements.
• Handle SST-related matters, including checking SST treatment, tax rates, taxable transactions, and supporting documents.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of SST returns and maintain proper SST records.
• Manage e-Invoice processes, including issuance, submission, validation, and cancellation/adjustment of e-Invoices through the relevant system.
• Ensure invoices and e-Invoices comply with LHDN requirements and company procedures.
• Support payroll processing and employee expense claim verification.
• Manage petty cash, filing, and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on accounting, invoicing, SST, and payment matters.
• Assist in month-end closing, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, SST, e-Invoice, and other applicable tax requirements.

Requirements & Skills :

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or finance/accounting roles.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as SQL, UBS, MYOB, or Xero.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Good communication and follow-up skills in handling customer accounts.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
