We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) / Digital Workplace leader to shape regional services, strengthen business engagement, and drive transformation across a complex enterprise environment.
Working closely with the Head of End User Services, you will identify user needs and service gaps, develop service roadmaps and lead initiatives that improve productivity, collaboration, and the overall workplace technology experience.
You will manage a team of approximately 3–4 technical professionals and partner with specialists across technology functions to turn business requirements into practical, secure, and scalable services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Engagement & Service Development
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and end users across APAC to understand their needs, pain points and feedback.
- Assess existing EUC services, identify gaps and propose improvements or new service offerings.
- Translate business requirements into service proposals, high-level solution approaches, and prioritised delivery plans.
- Act as the link between business users and technical teams, ensuring solutions address user needs and deliver measurable value.
Service Strategy & Planning
- Partner with the Head of End User Services to define service strategy and develop regional digital workplace roadmaps.
- Manage demand planning, initiative prioritisation, budget planning, and resource requirements across the EUC portfolio.
- Drive greater consistency and standardisation across regional locations while accommodating local business and regulatory requirements.
- Work with regional and global stakeholders to secure alignment, sponsorship, and resources for planned initiatives.
Transformation & Delivery
- Lead EUC transformation projects and service improvements from initial discovery and solution definition through to implementation and adoption.
- Coordinate technical specialists, delivery teams and service management functions to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
- Drive change management, stakeholder communications, and user adoption across regional offices.
- Ensure new and enhanced services transition effectively into ongoing operations.
Team Leadership & Governance
- Lead, coach and develop a small team of technical professionals, setting clear priorities and encouraging proactive problem-solving.
- Work with architecture, infrastructure, security, and risk teams to ensure services meet enterprise standards and control requirements.
- Define and monitor performance measures covering user satisfaction, adoption, service quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
- Present roadmaps, recommendations, delivery progress, and business outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in End User Services, EUC, digital workplace, IT service delivery or technology transformation.
- Proven experience managing a team and leading projects or service improvements within a regional or multinational environment.
- Strong business engagement skills, with the ability to uncover user needs, challenge assumptions constructively and translate feedback into actionable initiatives.
- Experience shaping service roadmaps and defining solutions, alongside delivering transformation programmes.
- A sound understanding of Microsoft 365 and the broader end-user technology landscape, including:
- Windows endpoints, endpoint management, and security.
- Virtual desktops and remote access technologies, such as VMware Horizon and Zscaler Private Access.
- Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and enterprise collaboration services.
- Corporate telephony, voice services, and related compliance requirements.
- Sufficient technical breadth to evaluate high-level solution options and work effectively with subject matter experts. Deep implementation expertise across every platform is not required.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- An understanding of technology risk, governance, and change controls within regulated environments.
- Regional APAC or global experience, together with relevant project management or service management certifications, would be advantageous.
