Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to business divisions.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and financing documents.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Handle legal matters relating to vehicle financing, hire purchase and debt recovery.
- Liaise with external solicitors on litigation, disputes and employment matters.
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates and support internal policy reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of relevant legal experience.
- Prior experience working in a financial institution is preferred, particularly in vehicle financing, hire purchase or lending.
- Strong legal drafting, research, analytical and communication skills.
- Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
