• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for network infrastructure and related IT equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and network devices.
• Perform first-level diagnosis and resolution of network-related incidents and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of network equipment such as switches, routers, access points and related devices.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and basic health checks on network infrastructure.
• Respond to user-reported network issues and provide timely technical assistance.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using appropriate tools and diagnostic methods.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting activities, configurations and maintenance work.
• Coordinate with the relevant technical teams, vendors or escalation teams to resolve network issues.
• Ensure network services and infrastructure remain operational and meet the required service levels.

Requirements:

• This vacancy is open to Malaysian only.
• Able to start in November 2026.
• Candidates residing in Johor Bahru or nearby areas are preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information System or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS and DHCP.
• Familiarity with network devices such as switches, routers and wireless access points.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and respond to technical issues in a timely manner.
