Responsibilities
Job Summary
This is an internal role working in a professional corporate service, and real estate company. We are looking for someone who is experience, hands-on to the accounting operating groundwork, responsible to statutory and management reporting for multiple entities in the Group, within the same timeline.
Job Responsibilities
Preparing full sets of accounts for multiple entities in the Group.
Hands on from issuance of invoices to clients, accounts receivables follow up, prepare journal entries for month end closing, and monthly management report (ie updating accounts schedules, reconciliations, to data analysis and all necessaries).
Monitor and manage entities’ cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity to support business operations, and preparation of online bank payments.
Calculating and in charge of inter companies’ billings.
Preparing GST reports and filing, XBRL etc.
Prepare financial data to support tax submissions by tax agent and other government declarations.
Support periodic Group Reporting requirements for own portfolios.
Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
Supporting statutory audit, internal audit, budget exercise and all finance compliance matters.
Assisting in policies updating, reports improvement and processes efficiency.
Assisting in any ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Experience in corporate service and real estate businesses will be added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software such as Xero and Oracle will be added advantage.
