We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue.
About the Role:
In this role, you will support strategic decision-making by managing complex datasets, building executive business dashboards, and developing forecasting models. The ideal candidate is proficient in data manipulation, experienced in data visualization, and highly persistent in finding solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Data Manipulation & Management
Handle, cleanse, and transform diverse datasets from both internal and external sources.
Set up and manage automated data feeds to support seamless reporting workflows.
Explore, test, and assist in implementing new data technologies, systems, and tools.
Data Visualization & Reporting
Design comprehensive, intuitive, and user-friendly business dashboards.
Manage, maintain, and continuously enhance existing dashboards to align with evolving business and user requirements.
Build and maintain scalable analytical frameworks to streamline regular and ad-hoc reporting.
Mathematics & Statistical Modelling
Assist in establishing, validating, and maintaining statistical models to drive actionable business insights.
Conduct operations research and quantitative analysis to optimize business processes and decision-making.
General
Drive end-to-end project management to ensure tasks and project milestones are completed accurately and on schedule.
Collaborate closely with Internal Business Units, Marketing, and IT teams to launch new campaigns, features, and tools.
Partner with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data pipelines and systems.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and support strategic initiatives as assigned by the Manager.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Degree holder or above in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Data Science, working with large and complex datasets.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI / Tableau.
Hands-on experience with Data Warehousing / Data Lakes, forecasting models, machine learning, or AI tools is a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
