Bring your accounting studies or bookkeeping experience into a practical accounts and admin role with Carlos Newfood Industry Sdn Bhd in Cheras. Develop your skills through structured training while working on AP/AR, invoice checks and bank reconciliation, with the opportunity to progress toward a full set of accounts.

What you will do

Record daily sales invoices, supplier bills, payments and receipts accurately.

Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), and follow up on outstanding customer payments.

Check invoice details and supporting documents, investigate discrepancies and flag errors before processing.

Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes and e-invoicing submissions.

Perform bank reconciliations and assist with journal entries, month-end closing and management reports.

Maintain petty cash records and support cash-flow monitoring.

Keep invoices, payment records and company documents organised and easy to retrieve.

Assist with payroll records, staff administration and licensing/compliance paperwork.

Coordinate order, delivery and stock records with sales and operations colleagues.

What we are looking for

Accounting, finance or bookkeeping experience is preferred. We also welcome candidates with accounting education (Diploma, Degree or LCCI) and relevant internship, admin or finance experience handling records.

Fresh graduates with practical accounting exposure are welcome; training will be provided.

Basic knowledge of debit/credit, AP/AR and bank reconciliation.

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel; accounting software experience is an advantage.

Careful with figures and documents, organised, responsible and able to follow up on tasks.

Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and integrity when handling confidential information.

F&B or FMCG experience is an advantage.
