We're looking for a passionate and organised Branch Manager to lead daily operations at our international preschool in Bukit Jalil. You'll oversee a dedicated teaching team, drive enrolment, and ensure every child and family has an exceptional experience with us.

What you'll do:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and staff performance
• Drive enrolment growth through community engagement and local partnerships
• Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Ensure compliance with ECCE regulations and EduGuru's quality standards
• Handle administrative functions including scheduling, reporting, and budgeting

What we're looking for:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in an early childhood setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Understanding of special needs education
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commercially minded with a passion for education and community building
• Plus if you can speak and understand Mandarin
