This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Associate position based in Singapore. You will support the design and delivery of architectural projects across a range of scales and typologies, working closely with senior architects, project teams, consultants and contractors.

You will contribute to design development, prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation, coordinate project information, and support BIM workflows. You will also help prepare and manage project submissions, track deliverables and timelines, and assist with resolving design and site coordination issues so that the team's design intent is carried through project stages.

• Support design development from concept through construction documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, details, schedules and specifications.
• Assist with project submissions and manage assigned submission materials and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities, escalating issues to the project lead as needed.
• Track assigned deliverables, deadlines, comments and follow-up actions across projects.
• Support BIM and other project software workflows in accordance with project and office standards.
• Participate in project, client and coordination meetings; prepare clear presentation and meeting materials.
• Assist with design and site coordination matters, including recording issues and following them through with the project team.
• Contribute to quality checks and incorporate review comments into drawings and documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in architectural practice.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial or other relevant project types.
• Strong design sensibility and sound technical understanding.
• Ability to prepare clear, accurate architectural drawings and project documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and/or ArchiCAD; experience with BIM workflows is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements, or the ability and willingness to learn them.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks reliably.
• BOA registration is preferred.
