Responsibilities:

• To execute day-to-day operational tasks outlined by Manager, timely perform & follow up on all the tasks assigned and to complete in timely and accurate manner;
• Ensure all team members and own tasks/assignments are work within the company’s SOP guidelines, Policies and Matrix framework;
• To liaise and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operational process;
• To respond in a friendly, professional and timely manner to all customer/channels/touchpoints/branches enquiries to company via telephone, email, web, social networking or written communication;
• Provide customer/agent with accurate, relevant and useful information with regards to MTA’s products and services;
• Actively represent the customer/agent (internal and external) throughout the organization, highlighting trends, suggesting and implementing improvements and feeding back to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in any field;
• Must have at least 1 years of relevant working experiences;
• Fresh graduate encourage to apply;
• Good command in the usage of Microsoft Office software in the likes of Microsoft Words/Excel/Power Point;
• Willing to work on shift basis and on weekends/PH;
• Willing to be based at Paradigm Mall Branch,Lot BF -08, Paradigm Mall,Taman Bukit Mewah, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia
