Job Description Summary

This position has managerial oversight of multiple facilities, an entire campus, or a portfolio of client facilities and has at least one Facilities Manager and/or Assistant Facilities Manager reporting into it.

 

 

Job Description

• Lead of team of around 70 to 100 staff to manage a Singapore Town Council (approximate size of 60,000 to 100,000 residential units).
• Report to the Chairman and Members of Parliament of the Town Council.
• Will be appointed as a Key Officer of the Town Council.
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations ensuring efficient delivery of services to residents and maintaining high standards of living within the community.
• Services include Maintenance Management, Accounting and Financial, Administrative and Secretarial, Publicity and Community Development, Project Management and other services as required.     
• Ensure town council operations comply with Town Councils’ Act, Town Councils’ Financial Rules, and all related legislations. 
• Engage with MND and relevant agencies to implement national projects at the Town Council.
• Engage and liaise with various stakeholders and grassroots organizations in terms of public housing maintenance.
• Provide leadership and strategic directions to the team to achieve the objectives of the Town Council.
• Align with C&W’s objectives and implement policies and procedures as and when directed.                                                      
• As the Account Manager, to ensure profitability of the township account.
