Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of construction and fit-out projects from inception through to completion.
• Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in managing project deliverables and client requirements.
• Assist in preparing project reports, meeting minutes, progress updates and presentations.
• Coordinate project stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and risk registers.
• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings.
• Assist with procurement activities including tender documentation and tender evaluations.
• Monitor construction activities and site progress.
• Support contract administration activities including progress claim reviews and variation assessments.
• Assist in managing commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements.
• Build and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or related discipline.
• 3-6 years' project management experience within construction, infrastructure or data centre projects.
• Exposure to design, procurement and construction delivery processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Experience in data centre, mission-critical or MEP-intensive projects would be advantageous.
