JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Comply with all company policies, SOPs, departmental procedures, goals, objectives, and KPIs.
• Execute tasks related to the Quality Management Department, BOD affairs, SOPs, and Operations Division as assigned by the HOD, CEO, or BOD.
• Assist in conducting training sessions and meetings with the SOP Committee, SOP Coordinators, and staff on SOP implementation and QMS/ISO 9001 requirements.
• Monitor and track KPI implementation and performance at HQ and all branches, and conduct regular audits.
• Assist in implementing, monitoring, and enforcing SOPs across project sites, branches, and departments.
• Ensure compliance with QMS requirements and applicable ISO standards.
• Liaise and collaborate with the Branch Quality Management Department and SOP Coordinators to ensure consistent implementation of quality management practices.
• Coordinate, organise, and participate in first-party, second-party, and third-party audits at HQ, branches, and project sites.
• Ensure that products, services, and quality processes comply with internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable ISO standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with ABMS implementation and practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and systems, including QMS, SQMS, EMS, OSH, ABMS, and other applicable procedures.
• Perform all duties in accordance with the company's SHE policies, procedures, legal requirements, and management instructions, prioritising safety, health, and environmental awareness.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior, BM, BUH, HOD, or HOO as required.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering or another relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), particularly ISO 9001, and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, including their tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Quality Control (QC) tools.
• Knowledge and practical experience in implementing 5S and 7S methodologies.
• Possess ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Project management experience is an added advantage.
• Possess good communication, negotiation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and a high level of integrity.
• Able to manage project documentation, coordination, communication, and reporting effectively.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
