Responsibilities:

• Lead the HR team and collaborate with business stakeholders to implement people strategies aligned with organisational objectives
• Oversee recruitment activities, manpower planning and hiring strategies to attract and retain talent across the organisation.
• Drive learning and development, performance management and employee development initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, policies and processes, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal governance standards.
• Foster positive employee relations, strengthen employee engagement and promote an inclusive workplace culture that supports employee wellbeing.
• Champion HR digitalisation, process improvements and innovative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Provide HR advisory support to management, guide the HR team and build strong relationships across business functions to deliver effective HR solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience with good exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Retail Industry Exposure
• Candidates with experience in both MNC and SME environments would be advantageous.
