Job Description
Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
Conduct in-process inspections of switchboard assembly, ensuring proper component installation, wiring, and compliance with electrical drawings.
Perform final inspections, functional checks, and electrical tests (Hi-Pot, Megger, PI, SI, and Injection Tests) during FAT.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance reports.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and sales teams to resolve quality issues and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
Able to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, CAD drawings, and schematics.
QA/QC experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Proficient in using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and electrical testing equipment.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
