Job Summary

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 professional to implement, configure and support cloud solutions for SMB and enterprise customers. The role covers Microsoft 365 collaboration services, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune, with a focus on identity, device management and security.

You will work closely with customers, Sales, Presales and internal technical teams to understand requirements, deliver practical solutions and troubleshoot technical issues. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience, strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to communicate directly with customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support Microsoft 365 solutions for SMB and enterprise customers.

• Perform hands-on Microsoft 365 administration across Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.

• Configure and support Microsoft Entra ID, including user administration, identity management and Conditional Access.

• Configure and support Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment and device management.

• Assist with Windows Autopilot and Windows device deployment and management.

• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 identity, device, collaboration and security-related issues.

• Support Microsoft 365 Business Premium and enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.

• Participate in customer technical meetings, requirements discussions, workshops and solution demonstrations.

• Translate customer requirements into practical Microsoft 365 technical solutions.

• Work with Sales and Presales teams to provide technical input for Microsoft 365 opportunities, solution scope and implementation effort.

• Perform implementation, testing, UAT, documentation, handover and knowledge transfer.

• Work with Microsoft support and internal technical specialists to resolve complex technical issues.

• Provide technical escalation support to the Managed Services / IT Support team where required.

• Maintain good technical documentation and contribute reusable implementation knowledge and standards.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration, support or implementation experience.

• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.

• Practical knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.

• Understanding of identity, device management, Conditional Access and Microsoft 365 security concepts.

• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft cloud environments.

• Comfortable speaking directly with customers regarding technical requirements and issues.

• Able to independently handle assigned implementation and troubleshooting tasks.

• Good problem-solving and documentation skills.

• Good Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage.

• Higher Diploma, Degree or equivalent IT qualification preferred.

• Microsoft Purview exposure.

• PowerShell scripting experience.

• Hybrid Active Directory / Entra ID experience.

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 migrations.

• Experience in an SI, MSP or Microsoft partner environment.
