Job Overview

Trans Group Holding Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Project Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness. This role requires active site management, cross-department collaboration, and regular travel to project sites across different states.

Key Responsibilities & Job Scope

• Project Management & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and supervise end-to-end engineering projects to ensure delivery within schedule, scope, and budget.
• On-Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections, supervise sub-contractors and site teams, and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Travel & Interstate Mobility: Travel frequently to various project sites across different states for site visits, project monitoring, client meetings, and commissioning works.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and resolve design or site conflict issues promptly.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all project activities comply with local authority regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and company quality guidelines.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, authorities, and internal teams.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports, progress claims, site logs, and documentation for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1years of proven working experience as a Project Engineer (or equivalent engineering project management role).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or related discipline.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively to other states (outstation) and work outdoor on-site as required by project demands.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading engineering drawings, technical blueprints, and project scheduling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Driving License: Possess a valid driving license (Class D) and own transport.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, leadership, site management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
