We are SME company looking for suitable candidates willing to work in eastern part of Singapore
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage tender documents, including BOQs, clarifications, and unit pricing.
- Monitor and control project finances to remain within budget.
- Administer project documentation, including interim evaluations, contract variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Source, liaise with, and assess subcontractor quotations based on project needs and schedules.
- Review and negotiate contractor costs, from initial estimates to final approval.
- Prepare detailed work schedules for the site team to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Project Management/Business Administration/Facilities Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the building and construction industry.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Good knowledge of local standards and requirements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is advantageous.
