Job Description: SRE Finance PMO – Chargeback Management

Role Summary

Client is looking for a Finance PMO professional to run chargeback management for SRE services consumed by the applications team.

Key Responsibilities

Chargeback program management

Own the end-to-end chargeback and deduction management program, including its plan, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Set up and maintain the PMO governance framework: SOPs, RACI, escalation paths, SLAs, and cadence reviews.

Track the full chargeback lifecycle

Requirements:

Finance PMO / Technology Finance PMO experience

Hands-on chargeback or cost allocation management

Strong PMO governance experience

Experience defining/managing SOPs, RACI, SLAs and escalation frameworks

Strong tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and stakeholder-management skills

Preferably exposure to SRE / infrastructure / technology services

Banking or financial-services experience would be particularly relevant for this requirement
