About the Roles

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist/ Warehouse Assistant to join a supply chain company based in Tuas. This is a permanent position with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm). The salary package includes Basic Salary + Allowances + OT + Annual Bonus, with company transport provided for added convenience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle daily warehouse activities following established procedures and systems.
• Receive, load, and unload goods while ensuring safe handling practices.
• Arrange warehouse storage areas and organise inventory to maintain efficient stock movement using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method.
• Perform regular stock counts and update inventory records accurately.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods for quality and compliance with required standards.
• Record inspection results and report order discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
• Handle fragile and sensitive items with care to minimise damage during storage and transportation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and well-maintained through proper housekeeping practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant Warehousing experience.
• Possess a valid forklift license.
• Able to handle loads weighing up to 25kg when required.
• Knowledge of SAP software will be an added advantage.
