To consistently sustain the massive growth of our business, we are looking for a Programmatic & Ad Ops Manager who will be responsible for setting up and optimizing programmatic ad campaigns.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize programmatic ad revenue across both Web and Mobile App environments, ensuring revenue goals are met.
• Oversee and optimize Header Bidding setups (client-side and server-side) and In-App Bidding solutions to maximize yield and auction dynamics.
• Evaluate, onboard, and manage relationships with external monetization partners (SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Yield Partners), including commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee the integration and troubleshooting of mobile ad SDKs (e.g., Google Mobile Ads SDK) and app-specific ad formats (Interstitials, Rewarded Video, App Open).
• Analyze daily ad performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization strategies to boost revenue.
• Utilize data analysis to enhance ad delivery and maximize yield.
• Generate weekly, ad hoc, and comprehensive reports on ad performance and revenue insights.
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Content, Engineering) to troubleshoot ad-related issues, ensure privacy compliance, and enhance performance.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of international experience working on the publisher, media owner, or platform side, with a focus on programmatic ad monetization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager and app-focused platforms (e.g., AdMob, AppLovin, DigitalTurbine) for managing ad revenue and optimizing inventory.
• Proven experience in Mobile App monetization, including familiarity with in-app bidding, mediation platforms, and mobile ad tech ecosystems.
• Expertise in Header Bidding technologies (Prebid.js, Open Bidding, Amazon TAM/UAM).
• Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and ad networks for both technical and commercial integrations.
• Understanding of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and practical experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) and IAB TCF frameworks (for both web and apps).
• Familiarity with identity solutions (e.g., ID5, UID2.0) and audience monetization strategies in a cookieless environment.
• Expertise in programmatic platforms, ad trafficking, and online advertising technologies across both Web (Display, Video) and In-App environments.
• Ability to manage complex projects, coordinate across multiple teams, and provide strategic direction.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable with a solutions-driven mindset.
• Experience in analytics tools like Google Analytics (e.g., GA4 for Firebase) and GTM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges in the ad tech landscape
