Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Recruitment Intern to support our HR team in daily recruitment operations. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate management, and HR-related activities.

Who We’re Looking For

- Diploma or Degree students are welcome to apply

- Undergraduates and students on semester break are welcome

- Open to students looking for a short-term 1–2 months internship

- No prior recruitment experience required

- Good communication skills and comfortable communicating with people

- Active and familiar with social media platforms

- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn

Job Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Intern, you will assist our HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities, including:

- Assist in recruitment and hiring activities

- Communicate and follow up with candidates via WhatsApp, phone and other channels

- Respond to candidate enquiries and provide relevant job information

- Handle enquiries and responses from social media and recruitment platforms

- Assist with candidate screening, interview coordination and follow-ups

- Update and maintain candidate information and recruitment records

- Assist the HR team with other recruitment-related tasks when required
