Job Summary
Drive market development and customer engagement for biological reagents in Singapore’s research institutions. Deliver technical product solutions, organize academic events, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Promote biological reagent products to research institutions and laboratories in Singapore to expand market presence and achieve sales targets
Develop new customer relationships and maintain long-term cooperation through regular visits and tailored engagement
Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution and resolve after-sales issues effectively
Monitor and report market trends to assist in refining product strategies and business development plans
Establish and maintain a detailed customer profile database to track project progress and enhance customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in biotechnology, life sciences, or related fields preferred
Fluency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with diverse customers and stakeholders
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the academic market, with familiarity in scientific research markets considered a plus
Proven ability to learn quickly, self-motivate, and reflect on work processes for continuous improvement
