Job Summary

Support daily accounting, finance and administrative operations by maintaining accurate records, processing financial documents and assisting with payments, collections and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices, payments and receipts.
• Prepare and verify supporting documents such as purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and payment vouchers.
• Update accounting records and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding supplier and customer balances.
• Follow up on payments and resolve billing discrepancies with suppliers, customers and internal departments.
• Process staff expense claims and maintain petty cash records.
• Support month-end closing by preparing schedules and compiling financial documents.
• Maintain organised filing systems for accounting, banking and administrative records.
• Assist with audit and tax documentation as required.
• Provide general administrative support and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting, finance administration or bookkeeping is preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Accurate, organised and attentive to detail.
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Able to manage daily tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
