Primary Responsibilities
Technical Requirements
- Carry out Traffica deployment, testing and upgrade projects o Handle Traffica software and hardware incident tickets, including
- Problem troubleshooting and resolution
- Software upgrade and patching § Hardware repair and maintenance
Technical Requirements
- Traffica Expertise
- Proficiency with Traffica, including installation, configuration, and operational support.
- If no prior expertise, good to have relevant experience with deploying and supporting real-time network monitoring platform like those from Ericsson, IBM, Cisco
- Windows Server Administration
