Position: BIM Modeller

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Building Information Modelling (BIM) models for engineering and building services projects using BIM software such as Revit.
• Prepare and coordinate 3D BIM models, drawings, and documentation based on project requirements and engineering specifications.
• Create, modify, and update BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.
• Assist engineers and project teams in BIM coordination, model integration, and design development throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform model checking, clash detection, and coordination reviews to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction submission.
• Produce detailed BIM drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation from coordinated models.
• Ensure BIM models are properly maintained, updated, and aligned with project revisions and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and project stakeholders to support effective project delivery.
• Maintain drawing standards, file management, and revision control in accordance with company and project procedures.
• Support continuous improvement of BIM processes, workflows, and modelling standards within the organisation.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in BIM Modelling, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and building services coordination is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet project deadlines.

Pay: RM2,359.86 - RM7,377.89 per month
