Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for a contract role for one of our premier client in Canada for Customer Success Engineer – SASE (Prisma Access).
Role: Customer Success Engineer – SASE (Prisma Access)
Location: Malaysia (Remote)
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
APAC working hours
Must be fluent with Mandarin + English
Key requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant enterprise network / security experience
- Strong hands-on SASE experience – SD-WAN, ZTNA, SWG, FWaaS, CASB, DLP
- Strong networking fundamentals including BGP, TCP/IP, SSL/IPsec VPN and PKI
- Should have hands-on deployment/configuration experience, not only support
- Strong customer-facing capability – technical workshops, health checks, adoption, optimization and customer advisory
- Relevant certifications such as SSE, PCNSE, CCNP, CCSP or CISSP preferred
