Job description Mandatory Requirements 

1. Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, including scripting, scenario design, test execution and result analysis.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance testing, with proven experience managing end-to-end performance testing activities.

3. Hands-on experience with LoadRunner (scripting, scenario design, test execution, result analysis)

4. Familiarity with performance monitoring tools such as SiteScope, Dynatrace, PerfMon or equivalent tools.

5. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

6. Good understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load, stress, endurance and spike testing.

7. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently with project stakeholders.

Added Advantages

1. Hands-on experience with JMeter.
