Responsibilities
Salary:
$4k - $7k
Job Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and relevant requirements.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and worker safety orientations.
Investigate workplace accidents, incidents and near misses, and prepare reports.
Maintain safety documentation, inspection records and incident reports.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors and relevant stakeholders on safety matters.
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safe work practices on site.
Foster a safe culture on site to bring employee awareness and work safety.
Job Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in Workplace Safety and Health or a related discipline.
Possess a valid WSH Safety Officer registration with MOM.
Relevant experience in construction, process or site safety will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and safety practices.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Responsible and proactive
Working hours:
Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
