Everyone likes hearing “good job”. What do you do when the feedback is “try this differently”?
Royal Organisation is looking for people who are curious enough to learn and disciplined enough to practise. You’ll represent clients through face-to-face sales campaigns, developing your approach through customer conversations and coaching.
This is a full-comms position: 100% commission with no fixed basic salary. Earnings are variable and depend on sales performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Engage potential customers at event sites and outdoor campaign locations.
Explain your assigned client’s products, services or causes.
Listen to customer questions and provide accurate information.
Guide interested customers through sign-up.
Work towards sales targets and put feedback into practice.
