We are a 24-hour wellness and lifestyle establishment offering spa, dining, entertainment, and relaxation services.
We are looking for friendly, proactive individuals who enjoy working with people and creating positive guest experiences.
What You Will Do:
Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
Assist in coordinating on-site operations, including customer service and floor support.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Monitor operational issues and report to supervisor promptly.
Follow company operating procedures and service standards.
Perform and carry out operational duties/task as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
Customer service, hospitality or operations experience is an advantage.
Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Friendly, responsible, service-oriented, good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to learn and support different departments when required.
Working Arrangements:
6 working days per week. 1 rest day per week, based on roster.
9 working hours per day, including 1 hour meal/rest break.
Rotating shifts in a 24-hours operating environment.
Work Location: Jurong East, Singapore.
