Position: Technical Lead

Responsibilities

1. Full ownership of tech team management, architecture planning, R&D delivery & stability for financial back‑office platform, support business scaling.

2.Drive tech‑roadmap selection, system design, capacity planning & performance tuning, solve high‑concurrency financial‑system technical challenges.

3.Translate business requirement into technical solution, ensure agile delivery, own system availability, quality & engineering efficiency.

4.Improve microservice framework, governance for MySQL / Redis / Kafka, build financial‑domain technical assets.

5.Team building: recruitment, performance management, establish code review & knowledge sharing mechanism.

6.Cooperate with business, risk & product teams, ensure financial compliance & stable operation; explore new‑tech adoption including AI Agent.

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree above in CS / Software Engineering; solid wealth‑financial‑domain knowledge, familiar with financial compliance.

2.5+ years backend development; 3+ years technical‑team‑management experience. Proficient Java / Go; proven SpringBoot / SpringCloud microservice large‑scale project delivery.

3.Deep understanding of MySQL, Redis, Kafka underlying principles; hands‑on high‑availability & high‑concurrency performance tuning.

4.Large‑scale financial‑system architecture capability; able to diagnose complex production incidents independently.

5.Strong business understanding & cross‑department communication, balance iteration speed & technical debt.

6.Good risk‑awareness, logical thinking & decision‑making skills.
