Duties & Responsibilities: -

• Production Planning & Supervision – Plan, organize and supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets, schedules and delivery deadlines are achieved.

• Production Efficiency & Cost Control – Monitor production output, productivity, manpower utilization and production costs, and implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

• Quality Control & Compliance – Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements, while ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP and food safety requirements.

• Manpower & Equipment Management – Supervise, guide and train production employees, and ensure all machinery, equipment and production facilities are properly maintained.

• Reporting & Coordination – Monitor production performance, address operational issues, implement corrective actions and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Job Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food Technology / Engineering (Electrical) / Logistic / Transportation / Business Management or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Possess strong organizational, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Preferably with experience in supervising production operations, manpower management, production planning and quality control. Candidates with Senior Executive-level experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations will have an added advantage.
