Assist the Team Leader in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Supervise and guide Team Crew members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Ensure all food preparation, cooking and service are carried out according to company standards.

Support the Team Leader in opening and closing the restaurant.

Assist with cash handling, POS operations and daily sales procedures.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

Ensure cleanliness, food safety and workplace safety standards are consistently maintained.
