Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing/content creation preferred; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome

Able to communicate in Mandarin to create and manage Xiaohongshu (RED) content and engage Mandarin-speaking audiences

Knowledge of accounting/business concepts is an advantage

Familiar with video editing and content creation tools, including CapCut/Jianying and Canva

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, able to simplify technical topics into engaging content

Creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with social media trends

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Results-driven, with the ability to convert content engagement into sales/appointments

Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), and website

Plan, create, and publish educational, promotional, and business-related content targeting SMEs and entrepreneurs

Create short-form videos, including scripting, editing, subtitles, visual effects, and publishing

Design social media posts, promotional materials, and video covers using Canva and other creative tools

Research accounting, taxation, and business topics, and simplify technical information into engaging content

Develop content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer enquiries

Manage online recruitment activities, including job postings and recruitment communications

Respond to social media comments and customer enquiries

Explore and implement AI tools to improve content creation, video production, and marketing efficiency

Drive sales/appointments through social media engagement and content
